3. Client Responsibilities

Supply documentation in a timely manner

Review and approve work where required

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees will be agreed prior to work commencing

Payment terms (e.g. monthly, upfront, or per project) will be clearly stated

Late payments may result in suspension of services

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
All personal and business data will be processed securely and only for the purpose of delivering our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide administrative and support services only and do not offer regulated financial, legal, or tax advisory services unless explicitly agreed

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services provided

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide services within agreed timelines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice (typically 14–30 days unless otherwise agreed)

Outstanding fees must be settled upon termination

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
